CellHub.com Refer-a-friend Policy is a commitment program towards our valued customers through which individuals can earn referral rewards when they encourage their friends to purchase new postpaid activations with us (Upgrades & Flex Pay lines are not eligible). Customers who have taken Flex Pay or Upgrade line with us can bring their friends to us using their referral code and will earn the credit if their friends sign up for a new postpaid activation from us.

How this policy works
Referring a friend is very simple with CellHub.com. Once your cell phone order is placed with us, you may refer as many friends as you wish. What you need to do is as follows: upon confirmation of your order you will be given a referral code which you will simply pass on to your referred friends, explaining they need to mention the referral code, while submitting their order. We will give you a $20 credit for each referred friend who purchases a new postpaid activation using the CellHub.com "Refer-a-friend" Program.

Terms and conditions for referring
  • To be eligible for the referral discount, you as well as the referred friends, should complete 120 days of uninterrupted service with T-Mobile for all (i.e. Old and New)service plan lines you have with T-Mobile from the date your new line of service has been activated with us. If the lines (Old or new) are cancelled / suspended / terminated / interrupted before 120 days you will not be eligible for the $20 referral credit. For any further inquiries, you may contact our customer service.
  • This program is only for customers who are of 18 years of age or older. CellHub.com and related company employees are not eligible for the program. Immediate Family members for e.g. spouse, children, parents, siblings are not eligible for this program.
  • The participants should fully agree to the terms and conditions of this program. And the final approval of the program is at the discretion of the CellHub.com

Limitations
  • CellHub reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the policy which may affect the customers reward certificate.
  • Customer’s participation in the policy assures customer acceptance to any changes in the terms and conditions of the policy.

Payouts
  • After 120 days of uninterrupted service with T-Mobile for all (i.e. Old and New) the service plan lines you and your friends have (from the date your friend’s new line of service has been activated with us) we will submit a $20 credit into your T-Mobile account that was activated by CellHub.com.
  • This credit can be submitted in your account by CellHub.com within 30 days after the completion of 120 days.
  • If your account is no longer in service and you wish to get a check for the referral credit, you will need to inform our customer service within 120 days from the time your friend’s new line of service was activated. If we are not informed in time and we submit the credit into wrong or inactive account, a new credit will NOT be issued in such situations.
