CellHub.com is pleased to provide free FedEx shipping
both ways on every cell phone plan bought from us.
We have different timeframes for delivery. You can choose from the options
below:
- Standard shipping (For 2 to 7 days)
- Next Day
- 2nd business Day

CellHub follows the above mentioned timing options selected by you. Again shipping
timings depend upon the approval of the order. We do our best to ship the products
as soon as we get the approval from T-Mobile. In some cases there is a delay
for the confirmation of the order from T-Mobile, some additional information is needed by them. As soon as we are asked to get more information we immediately try
to contact you via email or the phone which is provided by you.
Shipping Limitations / Restrictions
Free Shipping is available only for the customers who are signing up for either
a new 2 year contract or renewing / upgrading their existing contract for another
2 years.
Once your order is approved, we will send an email confirmation of your shipping
and the tracking number of FedEx. You can go to
www.FedEx.com and using your tracking number, check the status
of your order. Please note that FedEx does not work on certain holidays like Labour
Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Memorial Day and Christmas. If your delivery
falls on any of these above said days, your package will be delivered on next working
day.
On Delivery of the package
- If after attempting the delivery
a few times, FedEx is unable to deliver the package, we at CellHub.com may cancel
the order; however you will be contacted via email or phone before cancelling the
order. If your plan is activated and you decide to cancel it, you need to inform
T-Mobile as we are not able to cancel the plan once it has been activated.
- If for any reason a wrong order
is shipped to you, you are requested to notify us of this error within 7 days of
your shipment. We will try to ship your correct order as soon as possible.
- Upon delivery of your shipment
if you receive a damage package, you are requested to notify our customer service
immediately or refuse the damaged package and we will be glad to replace it under
our Exchange and Return policy.
