The Nokia 5230 also called the ‘NURON’ is the first Nokia Smartphone with a U.S. carrier to offer access to the Ovi Store. A full touch screen Nokia 5230 is equipped with a wide range of features such as third generation connectivity, emailing, GPS for turn-by-turn navigation via Ovi Maps and on board virtual QWERTY keyboard with a wide screen specifically for intensive messaging and Web browsing.

The Nokia 5230 is the best cell phone with a stunning display screen of 360 X 640 pixels and 3.2 inches wide. It weighs 4.0 ounces & its dimensions are 111 X 51.7 X 15.5 mm.

It comes with integrated 2.0 mega pixel camera which supports still photo capture & video recording capabilities. You can record short videos for inserting in MMS messages or e-mail. Various editing options are available such as white balance and color effects. The Nokia 5230 mobile phone comes with built in music player’s to use any Mp3/sound file as a ring-tone, alert tone. It comes standard with an external Micro SD slot & standard 3.5 mm audio jack. It has a hands free headset which works impressively well.

The BL-5J 1320 mAh Li-Ion standard battery life expectancy of Nokia 5230 is 432 hours for 2G and up to 432 hours for 3G. While the talk time mode is up to 7 hours for 2G and up to 4 hours 30 min for 3G.

It serves basic text and MMS messaging functionalities. You can configure POP3, IMAP e-mail accounts as well as Exchange via Mail for Exchange 2008.Variety of e-mail providers are supported such as Yahoo Mail, Gmail, Windows Live and AOL etc. The Nuron lets you send and receive emails in the blink of an eye. It supports a variety of instant-messaging clients such AIM, Windows Live, Yahoo, Google Talk, and MySpace etc.

Port your existing number to T-Mobile
If you wish to port your existing number from another carrier to T-Mobile, you can do it in a few easy steps. While placing your order, you will be given the choice to port-in any handset you choose. All details about port-in are also explained in detail while making this choice.

New Account Requirements
Orders for new service are subject to credit approval, which is based solely on T-Mobile’s contract terms. One has the option to opt for both Classic and Even More Plus plans, while upon approval the order will be shipped.

Upgrade Eligibility
